Remanufacturing Program

CFR Engines Inc. refurbishes major components of your CFR engine with great attention to detail and using only factory-quality parts and skilled workmanship. All refurbished parts include a one-year warranty. 

Components that can be refurbished include:

• Crankcase Assembly

• Connecting Rod

• F1/F2 Cylinder (Closed Rocker)

• F1/F2 Cylinder (Open Rocker)

• F5 Cylinder

• F4 Cylinder

• Octane Pickup

Please note that we cannot repair F5 Cetane Pickups.    

Customers can request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) through the CFR Engines E-Commerce portal. If you are not registered, click the button below to access and complete your registration; you will receive a login and password.

New Registration - CFR Customer Portal

A Return Material Authorization (RMA) is required to return parts to CFR Engines for refurbishment. If we cannot refurbish the part, we will return it to you and charge your freight account.

CFR Engines Inc. requires the following information when submitting purchase orders.

• Billing and shipping contact name, phone number and email address
• Complete billing address
• Complete shipping information including shipping terms must be submitted with Purchase Order
• Complete shipping address. PO box will not be accepted
• Exworks shipments under 50lbs. require a carrier account number with PO
• DAP and Prepaid and Add shipping term charges will be added to invoice
• Any other shipping terms must be indicated on Purchase Order
• DDP shipping terms will not be accepted

There is a minimum of $250 for each purchase order submitted to CFR Engines.
The purchase order will be accepted and processed once the required information is received. Providing this information with your purchase order will allow CFR Engines to ship your order in a timely manner and will help us provide superior customer service.

Note: There is a 2.5% handling fee for all orders paid via a credit card. This amount is subject to change based on bank requirements.
